OD rule & regulations

Wanting to start putting together a "Rules/regulations" book for an OD.

Do you guys have anything already in place? Something I could look at? Something you have used before in NCAA or even Madden?

You may want to look at the sub pages for the Madden forums or something to get some ideals. Since the settings and that type of stuff isn't known yet. I'm not a OD guy, but I would think the limits on plays and cool down would be something you want to add.
