FenwayMac 2024 Legend Sliders

Hello again!

if you are looking to start a season late, or getting burned out on DD, I have hit upon a set that has been giving me fantastic results. Hit type distribution, scoring distribution, and BABIP have been more aligned than ever, so I wanted to share these with the community in case somebody wants to give them a go. Feel free to hit me up with any questions. These are located in the vault as FENWAYMAC LEGEND

For general settings it is really up to you other than these recommendations:

Zone batting interface
Legend Hitting and Fielding
Button Accuracy throwing (I REALLY recommend this for increasing errors/challenge/sense of achievement for having a clean slate
Pinpoint pitching

I also highly recommend doing 30-team control, but not necessary.

Lastly, I would suggest using a vault roster set. I personally use the 2024 Fidelity rosters. This group spent a lot of time tweaking ratings, and I can totally feel the difference in the outcomes and stats. More simulation, less juiced hitting.

Thanks !! Love that your Legend-Legend sliders are back.

I prefer using Meter over pinpoint, do you think they can fit as is or some adjustments would be required ?

@Triplecrown, you should be just fine with meter. In fact it would probably be my second choice. The idea is to use something challenging enough that you can potentially miss your mark for balls and hard-hit balls. If you feel too strong with meter, maybe continue to decrease the pitch control slider. I would be cautious with the pitch consistency slider though.

Thanks for feedback. What I’m using now for meter ( on Legend) is :

Human Pitch Control - 3
Human Pitcher Consistency - 4

So it’s not too far. Will give it a try at 2-5 .

For fielding, I find it recomforting you end up with exact same sliders I had. I did a lot of timing between IRL vs Game and found those pretty on par, but you know, you’re never sure. Always found out the Arms were too strong in game.

I don’t think that pitch consistency at 4 will necessarily hurt you unless you are throwing a lot of wild pitches or leaving meatballs over the heart of the plate. In fact, if you need the CPU offense to have more teeth that can be helpful. I opted for a more “fine tune” adjustment to the control slider instead though.
