unlocking Ezekiel in MyRise

i just started MyRise for WW2K23 for the sole purpose of unlocking Ezekiel. Does this happen towards the end of the whole sequence of events? Am i playing through the entire storyline just to get him, or JPL?

Ezekiel is unlocked waaaaaayyy at the end of the MyRise story. It's also easy to miss.

You'll have to assemble a faction, but before guys are willing to help you out you'll have to win the matches they set up. You keep doing those until a post shows up on the social media feed about Cena coming to Smackdown. Select it, choose to help Cena, then play that out.

Jean-Paul Levesque is also easily missed but is earlier in the story - maybe midway thru? Keep checking social media feed/DMs while you're in the airport during your international trip for a message from Tavish with the story.
