Pitch Strategy

Can someone please explain the differences between and what each strategy does for Pitch Around and Pitch Agressive.

Thanks!

Re: Pitch Strategy

Pitching around is nibbling on the corners where if you miss you make sure you miss off the plate. Pitching aggressive is pounding the strike zone

Pitch around is when you're trying to avoid someone beating you, an Ohtani type player for instance. You're not intentionally walking him, but you're living on the edge of the plate and if you miss you miss off the plate. If it's 3-0 you're still not throwing anything hittable.

Pitching aggressive is the opposite. It's something you'd do with a weak hitter or if you have a big lead. You don't want a walk under any circumstance.
