MLB 24 Possibly Last The Show?

Updates and features for the show have been slowing down over the years but this year (so far) seems to be a new level.

One possible reason, without any evidence, is that SCEA knows they’re not going to be making the game after this year. If MLB is looking to partner with someone new or costs went up so that it’s no longer a smart investment for Sony, it would make sense to not put a lot of effort into the game. If details are still being worked out it wouldn’t be announced yet but the developers and SCEA would know.

That is definitely not happening at all.

All I’m going to say is I remember when someone asked if this series could ever be on Xbox and they were chastised. Although unlikely ANYTHING is possible.

Both great games in there day and both got cancelled!!!

It could very well be the beginning of the end of MLB The Show in the next a year or 2

I sure hope that is not the case though and maybe like a few other people here have said they are basically skipping 24 and getting ready for 25 which will finally be the first real version for PS5/X Box Series X?
