Players missing on field

I’m making a bug report on this. Just wondering if anybody has seen this and if anybody knows why, and how to fix it.

It’s happened on offense and defense..my team puts 10 players on the field. In dime man cover 2 my defensive end is gone.

I forget the exact formation but when I call a play from an empty shotgun set I have a WR missing on the field as well.

Happened again. Marquise Goodwin is missing on the left. He’s supposed to be running a curl.

Go to the formation subs in game and you will see the missing player represented by "Undefined. Undefined - #Undefined", sub that error out for a player and you'll have eleven on the field again.

I had the same error on defence one time I dunno exactly what causes but it was a formation where i had set a formation sub in the main franchise menu iirc.
