Pitcher confidence too powerful?

I think it is too powerful and it builts up too quickly.

If a starter has a few good games he has the hot symbol and his confidence is filled almost completely when he starts the game. If that is the case, the opponent can almost never get to him - he is dominant. I have starting pichers in my cpu vs cpu franchise that have an ERA of under 1 and a WHIP of 0.70 10 or more starts into the season.

I wish there was a slider for the speed of the confidence bar going up or down. And a slider for getting the hot or cold symbol as well. Right now the combination of the hot symbol and a filled confidence bar makes starting pitchers pitching on steroids. And the hot symbol comes too quickly. One or too good games and it's there. And it takes a really bad game to go away.
