EA Sports UFC 5 Adding New Fighters Every Month

As part of our new Fight Week live service program, we plan on adding new fighters to the roster every month, starting in December. We want to keep hearing which fighters you’d like in the game, so please keep giving us your feedback and tell us who you want to see and in what order. Here is who we are planning on adding over the next few months:

December: Yan Xiaonan and Amir Albazi
January: Ian Machado Garry, Mike Malott and Charles Jourdain
February: Bryce Mitchell, Maycee Barber and Joe Pyfer

Also connected to Fight Week, we will add new Alter Ego fighters every month. This will give you new ways to play with your favorite fighters based on iconic moments in their careers.

great hope they put michel pereira as well, such a different style, manel Kape is a need since his div has almost anybody

also I would love the legends like rampage, shogun, forrest and etc with their legendary outfit as alter ego

Glad to see Garry, Mitchell and Pyfer upcoming. Not loving the December release, but makes sense (I just don’t use the women much).

Jailton Almeida (sp?) is the only glaring omission. I’d also love to see Sean Brady added sooner than later.

Do we think this announcement is just based on the feedback they’ve heard? Or did Dana make a call after being confronted about the roster?

Seems like the plan all along was to add fighters monthly, I think they just pivoted on the transparency of who will be added and when.
