Training in career

Is there a way to simulate it ? I’m not trying for this boring nonsense again. I’d like to play through a career but I’m not wasting idk how long doing dumb boring training. Let’s be honest it’s awful

You can skip it once you've completed one. If you don't even like to do it once, why are you playing career in the first place?

It's like the only thing in career that has been "improved", though it's laughable they have to have us skip it instead of making it interesting. That kind of indicates their game isn't fun.
