Freezing

Can anyone help me please? I play franchise mode and everything was great until the large update a few weeks back. Since then, certain players images disappeared and blocks of the white appeared. Also, if I went to certain random players (Sherfield) profile, not even clicking on them, the game would then freeze.

Since the week 6 roster update, I can’t play franchise at all. I chose the Vikings earlier, went to adjust lineup and it freezes when I click a player or if I switch to the defence, all the players are not present.

Can anyone help? Has anyone had similar?

This is only for Vikings franchises, I did two others to test and they were fine! Any help please?

I would uninstall the game, and start fresh.

This happened to me a few weeks ago (PS4), I played an exhibition game vs the Vikings and several of their players had numbers in the 90's (RBs and WRs). Plus the player on-field movements were off, just returning a kickoff was a challenge. So I re-installed the game and since then it freezes just trying to make depth chart adjustments. Several player pics are just white blocks...

Its unplayable...so I finally upgraded to the PS5. Glad I did.
