.......can some one explain how to use the icon passing feature, I'm totally confused as to how it works !!!

Hold RT to pass and you'll see the icon corresponding to a player above their heads. Press the button to make a pass to them

Is anyone else having any bugs with this? Several times last game the puck went in a completely different direction then the icon I selected. It worked 90% of the time which I liked. Maybe the sliders I’m using are having an impact on this.
