Since launch, I've been trying to change the measurement system from imperial to metric and I can't. My country uses the metric system and it is much easier for me. When I try to change, it changes normally, but it doesn't change anything in the game.

Is height and weight all that is supposed to change, or are you looking for more to be converted?
