CPU punting broken again?

Anyone seeing issue with CPU punting really short? I remember this was an issue a year or two ago when it go about 20 yards when they punted into any wind at all. I just played a game and it seemed to be doing it again. Also when cpu does hurry up I have no option to call a play on defense all of a sudden. Was that the intent of the recent patch?

How fast was the wind blowing, and was it blowing against their punter?

The punting still sucks, they constantly try to punt out of bounds which rarely happens in real life. Hang times are way off, anything over 45 yards and your gunners are miles away

This is always a slider point for me - I don’t know I’ve ever had a Madden where it felt realistic. The variation, based on kick power, is always minimal and punts tend to end up in the 40-45 yard category for everyone.
