Madden 24 Editable Draft Classes

Started work on my draft classes and noticed that the gut slider on physique is possibly broken. It’s set to max and anytime I move the slider down to minimum, it just reverts back to max. The gut slider seems to be the only broken one as far as I can tell.

Anyone else noticed this or know of a possible fix?

340lb Olinemen have the same arms as a 190lb WR!

Hope that is fixed in day 1 patch.

Re: Madden 24 Editable Draft Classes

I have discovered that if you enter the edit player screen, in the draft class or in roster menu, and move the weight one click to the left or right (you can move it back afterwards), the player model dramatically improves. This is most evident with the bigger positions but it also applicable to all other positions.

Something in the generated classes is preventing the new physiques they advertised to present correctly once generated — but this seems to correct it.

There were very similar issues in editing veteran players the last few years as well. You could get it right, but the sliders didn't do what they were supposed to do.

Great I'll give this a go now.

I couldn't get any arms to be bigger though. I like my edge rushers I draft to have be build like TJ or Bosa but their arms looked more like Devonta Smith!

Can confirm this didn't work for me.

So my generational tackle looks more like a corner. This should be so simple for EA.

This is really odd. I can get the physique to update reasonably well with the OL by editing the weight and up****** the gut, arm and legs all the way to the right — then exiting while saving. The gut slider seems to be functioning to a degree with the OL in my limited tests.

However, I cannot successfully edit the odd looking QB builds. It’s franchise breaking, outside of a one-season mode, from my perspective. Many, if not all, of the QBs enter the league with the gut slider all the way to the right by default. Sometimes, but not always, the model generates an inhuman looking player. None of the edits that I would normally make seem to alter the model in any significant way, and the gut value doesn’t save even when you exit— it always reverts back to the max gut.

I can’t see myself being able to overlook this.

Re: Madden 24 Editable Draft Classes

One worrying bug I’ve spotted today. In user created classes (or any player you edit) the skin colour doesn’t match the face you select. Just defaults to the same selection each time meaning players can have bio pics that are a different skin colour to their on field player.

Only way it works is to not touch the game generated classes and use that option.

Basically user created classes are broken.
