Needs a create-a-team feature to appeal to me. I bought last year’s expecting that and was disappointed to learn it wasn’t part of the game.

100% agree the game needs this, would certainly add to the game's appeal, but I'll still be buying. I loved last year's game and turning Haas into the leading F1 Constructor. Built the team around Lando and almost 100%'ed the trophies. The only one I had left was getting a pit crew rating to 100.

Agree with what you said though, being able to create Jordan, Andretti, Minardi, or whatever team as an 11th team on the grid would be very very cool. I'd rather compete against the 10 real world teams with my own.

Well, AI is definitely improved from 22. Races have been super tough this go around, which is nice. Need to get way more time into the game to get a full sense but between costs going up substantially and the AI being overall better in every aspect, this game is gonna be way more challenging then 22 to not only get good, but stay consistent.

I would admit that it is better than F1 Manager 2022 but there is still plenty of room for improvement. Having said that there have been a noticeable improvement in the game with the last couple of patches.

Yes this last patch was a great one. Now you can be hired to a new team at the end of each season and your drivers actually properly handle qualifying by themselves now. Two very much needed updates.
