How do we unlock the All-Star equipment? I see you can’t purchase them yet.

It's all in the XP Reward Path. You get Franklin, Jordan, and Nike Batting Gloves, EvoShield and Nike Elbow Guards, Shin Guards, and Catcher's Gear, Nike Huarache Elite 4 and Air Griffey 2 cleats all at or before 35k XP. Then you get socks at 50k and bats at 90/100k.
