Players Healing Quickly in MyEras

Has anybody else noticed this in MyEras? Guys will have an injury set for a certain amount of time, but be fully healed in half or a third of that For example, playing Magic/Bird Era, I see Bill Walton gets hurt for 6-8 weeks, but he's fully healed in two. I know it happens IRL sometimes but it happens with every single injury in MyEras as far as I can tell. Is there a slider I can adjust to make the sim injuries more impactful/long lasting?

I’ve also noticed this happening too. Having a physio seems to drastically shorten injury duration and even if you don’t have one, your players still heal too fast. I’ve had guys tear their ACL and come back 3 to 4 months later. I even had Derrick Rose of all people break his leg and come back two weeks later.

There is an injury duration slider that you can adjust when you start a new save but I can’t find an option to adjust it from an existing save.

I believe there is also a myGM skill unlock that quickens recovery time
