Hey all,

I am a casual gamer but my family got me the Rog Ally. I have two issues/questions I could use help with if anyone knows:
1- I can't get it to allow me to put in a Coaching Name to start franchise mode as the virtual keyboards are dueling. Any suggestions?

2- I have never done button mapping but I think I need to so that I can call timeouts. Anyone help with the steps for this?

Mayde this will help. On console, you don't have to do a name but you do need to choose a team. As long as you choose a team, you can start a franchise
