Why aren't the Blue Jays coaching staff correct in franchise mode??

Because they have to get the proper licensing for all the coaches. They have a deal with the mlbpa and the coaches association or whatever mlb coaching alliance the mlb has and if they don’t get the licensing then they won’t do it. So in mlb 24 hopefully they get the proper licensing

Don't know about the coaching staff, but the Guardians ball boy has the most impressive beard I've ever seen on a child.
