Not hitting enough HRs

Feels like Human HRs are turned down way too low. I don't really like fooling with/tricking out the sliders too much so resisting the impulse to do so. Just seems like there are too many balls well struck, dead center contact with 70+ PWR hitters that are fly outs to the warning track. Anyone else experiencing this?

In Franchise, I'm 30th in MLB in HRs even though bunch of guys near League Leaders in doubles, RBIs, etc. 60+ PWR guys with 0-1 HRs 30 games into the season is unrealistic.

Thoughts or suggestions?

The human and cpu power sliders both need a tick up at least one. The game is tuned for DD competitive play where there are cards that have 125 left/handed right handed power. Tuning the game to play realistically with sliders is “not tricking” the game out

That's a good point which I had not really considered. Guess those could have a big influence. What do you suggest or use for yourself? Human PWR +2?, CPU +1-2?? Thx again.

Get into the summer months in your franchise - can pretty much guarantee they'll fly out more.

You asked for thoughts ... could be you are not that great of a player and need to play on Rookie level.

Thx again all for your ideas and input. I'll adjust sliders for a week and see how it goes. FYI, I play on Dynamic difficulty, Zone hitting and have for many years. Just don't recall having to do so with prior versions of the game, going back to Show16.

Re: Not hitting enough HRs

At some point hitting did change in this game. I’ve been a veteran going on All star hitter for a while, and with Dynamic difficulty I’m seeing Minors + happening. When the game first came out I hit my first B2B2B2B (4) hr in a row. Now I’m lucky to hit 4 Hr in a series.

It can be the actual console controller more than the human controller. I had stick drift set in on my controller, affecting my contact. I bought a new controller and then everything was solved, HR's are back to acceptrable levels.
