IRL: The 2022 MLB season had only 8 pitchers throw 200 innings and there were a total of 36 CG's thrown.

I simmed the 23 season 10 x's and this set up yielded the best results.

Hook 10
Everything else at default

The league averaged 8 pitchers throwing 200IP
The league averaged 39 total CG's

Hard to ask for better sim stats than that.
