Cover 2 zone

I don’t see anyone on these forums talking about this issue, maybe it’s just me and my sliders I don’t know but my friend who uses different sliders is having the same issues. But my safeties do not play the zone in cover 2 correctly. They play towards the middle of the field all the time and leave a guy wide open along the sidelines.

Granted in general I been having safety issues in this game for awhile now where I feel they don’t play the deep zone well but it’s really noticeable in cover 2 zone

It isn't a slider issue, it's just how the safeties are playing at the moment. I've been burned a couple of times with it so far. I've noticed it happens more frequently when it's Tampa 2 compared to when I run a Cover 2 Hard Flat, but I haven't paid enough attention to confirm that.

I been burned on every cover 2 zone play, flat or Tampa 2.

Glad I’m not the only one having this issue

I usually play as a safety so I don't get too many issues with it. I'll bait them to throw to my side and then go make a play on the ball.

I guess I have to look into doing that. I always play as the linebacker so I can help defend the underneath short routes
