Alright folks it is that time of year. This is the list of players that will possibly be missing in MLB 23 and 50/50 guys. The list is not final and is fluid so I will keep adding to it as I go through teams.

* We do not know how this new Union agreement with MiLB players will work either so we are working off the assumption it will be the same as years past. Obviously, that is subject to change as more info become available.

Some of those guys are 50/50. We go through this every year. Until we know how the new MiLB union works there will be guys missing for now.

Were some of the 50/50 removed this year? I know Means did pitch 8 innings this year so *technically* he should still be fine but there are unexpected ones every year.

I'll remove him as I didn't check on that. I thought he didn't pitch at all. If he pitched 8 innings then he should be fine.

Absolutely man. Half these guys have been created repetitively the last few years unfortunately.

Then you get surprises as well of players that are missing that should not be missing at all (happens every year)

The list is pretty big this year. all those Tommy john surgeries are increasing more and more each year causing this problem.

as for 50 50 guys the rays had 2 big names that were missing from the BP Poche and Beeks I think they were 500/50 I can't even remember all the 50 50 from last year off the top of my head just that it took about 3 months for Cano to be finally added and by then he had been DFA twice

the Tatis one is most concerning I am sure conforto will be in the game as a real player too just 'hidden' on the default roster till late April when a roster update happens
