Uniforms in Eras

So I've tried googling and such but I'm sure someone here will know.

I'm playing the Jordan Era and have a few questions.

I have all team control on, but when Vancouver and Toronto come in how do I take control of those franchises?

The game automatically updates teams floor and uniform changes, can I get more options for uniforms?

Also the Knicks floor and uniforms update after 95, I want to update the floor but not the uniforms, is there a way to do so?

You can go into Team Control and Take Control of Toronto and Vancouver. You can rebrand the Knicks under Relocation and change the floor only if you want. Not sure if you can make additional uniforms.

Yes, it's found under the Relocation tab. That said, you want to be careful to only select Edit Floor and not Edit Arena, as the latter defaults the ambience and baskets to modern times.
