NHL Legacy 22-23 Roster x360

This is my version of the 22-23 for NHL Legacy for the x360 (RPSC3 users, see note section)
I used my August '22 update to Molifox’s roster and only updated the NHL and AHL.

November 25, 2022 roster Notes:

Those rosters contain players listed on official rosters as of 11/25/22. Both leagues are set to best lines. I’d say this roster is best for season, playoff, and exhibition play. THIS ROSTER IS NOT BE A GM FRIENDLY.

NHL:
- You’ll find LTIR/IR either on NHL rosters or AHL squad roster based on their estimated recovery time
- All rookies currently on rosters have been created and added to their appropriate team
- Updated all player positions according to official team rosters
- Player ratings and styles updated for Anaheim-Carolina & NY Rangers. I’ll be working through ratings one team at a time when I have the opportunity.
- Goalie equipment has not been updated except for the goalies above mentioned teams above.
- Carey Price (G) and Mike Smith (G) ratings have been lowered due to their inability to play this season

AHL:
- Updated team affiliations
- Over 100+ players created for this league alone.
- San Antonio Rampage show in-game as the Chicago Blackhawks (not sure why) but, ability to edit and play as the team and team commentary is not impacted
- Outside of the created players, ratings have not been updated but, player positions have.

General Notes about these files
- Vegas, Seattle, Henderson, & Coachella Valley Firebirds, are custom teams. Rosters are accurate and can be substituted in game modes
- In-game, the Kraken are announced as team Kazakhstan. No, I cannot fix it. No idea why this change in commentary occurred.
- I suggest utilizing the team strategies for each team. You can create and save them. See the NHL 23 section for team strategies as someone updated each team there.
- These files ARE NOT BE A GM FRIENDLY
- I CANNOT guarantee that this is going to convert flawlessly for PS saves.
** FOR THOSE OF YOU WITH RPSC3, you can use this tutorial to learn how to take the database for this file and convert it to work with the PS3/RPSC3 saves**

Very nice work, Legacy is criminally underrated and I'm thrilled to see its roster updating community isn't completely dead!

Guessing these rosters aren't Be A GM friendly because CHL/international players are still outdated and you're limited to 30 teams, so the Kraken or Knights would have to come at the expense of other teams? So presumably if players don't have issues with those two factors, Be A GM should otherwise function ordinarily? Because I have that itch

The 30 team limit is just the way it has to be, of course, at least until someone finds a way to hack around it like folks have with NCAA 14. But the problem with the rest of the rosters could be remedied if other folks were willing to help out with it, no?

@doncicfan77, yes those are some of the reasons why this file is not be a gm friendly. Some other reasons are: contracts are not up to date, ufa/rfa status not done, not all prospects who are signed by teams are in the file, ages of players need correcting, etc. Looking at what needs to be done, if there were quite an extensive group of people who wanted to help, of course every league or most, I feel, would be done. There is a group of guys working on a roster to make that happen, using one of my earlier rosters as their base. It is slow going but, it is getting there. I believe there has been a link posted for the Legacy Rebuild discord here, and on several other forums (reddit, etc).

I hope to have something ready for the trade deadline where some of the be a gm concerns can be addressed and at least make that playable to a certain extent.
