2k22 MyCareer AI substitution

I’m seeing a discrepancy when simulating and playing games in MyCareer.

I’m playing 12 minute quarters. I’m 22 games into the season and I’ve simulated half of those. The ones I’ve simulated I’m seeing a normal amount of minutes played on both my team and the opposing team. But when I actually play the games the AI subs their players far too often. I’ve never seen the AI give a player on their team more than 28 minutes. They hardly ever play their best players.

Does anyone know why this is happening? And is there a way to fix this?

Does anyone know how to fix this? I just want to see a realistic minute number the for CPU in MyCareer when I actually play a game.
