Pls explain how MyNBA SCENARIO upload/downloads work

I just discovered this feature, but am not certain what exactly it does. If I upload or download a scenario, does it save EVERYTHING? Like does it save every detail when it comes to settings, sliders, team arena floor designs, etc. etc.?

Basically, yes. It's a way to quick start your franchise mode with all the custom made details you want already saved. It basically imports your settings in so you don't have to do it from scratch.
