Xbox next gen sim league

Looking to get a small group of like minded people and create a league that mirrors realistic stats. I know some sim leagues have so many rules it at times contradict basketball logic/mismatches etc.

Custom sliders would be in affect and tweaked to make it challenging, fun, and ideally as realistic as possible.

If any one wants to collaborate on this concept and join in a league let me know.

One area I think can be explored more is having access to all the players. Maybe put them all in free agents or do a draft with a really tight hard cap. Ideally would eliminate super teams. This may force you to challenge your style and team to try to be balanced or have a superstar with a likely mismatch against every opponent.
