You will find the V3.5 roster in the game's vault under the PSN: RidinDwnKingsley

This is Ridin's PSN where you will get all the OSFM updates.

This seems to be a post from last years game. To the best of my knowledge the next official OS roster will be out after the deadline.(if I'm wrong someone please feel free to correct me)
