Latest patch.... 1.05

Notable Changes:

Adjusted: Now when the time of the match reaches zero and the ball is still in the air the match won’t end until the shot is resolved (either by scoring or failing).
Adjusted: The penalization received from disconnecting from matches has been increased. Now the user loses more ELO points and the progressions grows faster.
Notable Fixes:

Fixed: Some issues related to the random selection of players and the rule that prevents to pick two repeated players.
Fixed: Some players of Legendary and Epic rarity didn’t have the proper background.
Fixed: Loading screens with control scheme and the explanation for the shot meter weren’t rotating properly.
Fixed: Some commentator lines that were triggered in the wrong time.

played this lots over the weekend and even before the patch I am loving it, buzzer beaters will be brilliant.


It is a bit of a grind to level up but im up to level 31 now, still plenty of cards to unlock, still quite a few of my faves still locked.


Playing quick first to 10 games is a good way to unlock packs quite quickly, also helps to level cards up to Gold.


Apparently the next patch is going to be big and add lots of new "stuff"...

This has been the EXACT game I'm looking for during my "2K offseason", fun, quick, depth (but not too deep). Perfect......

Buzzer beaters are adding for some thrilling finishes.

I'm at level 50+ now, cant go any higher. Winning online matches is the fastest way to rank up as you get 400 xp for each win.

I'm gold level 2 now online.

I had to retire Bill Russel as my second teammate, great defense but the lack of offense coming from the second spot can get exposed by good players. I subbed Ewing in for him, step down on defense but upgrade on offense.

I only have 9 players left to unlock.

I don't like how Lakers/Magic/Cavs/Celtics Shaq are rated the same. Lakers Shaq should be the best and decreased as you go down the list.

Either way, for $ 20 and my "keep me busy" game until 2k18 release's, very pleasant surprise. Especially because I heard literally nothing about the game at all until 2 weeks before release.
