Playing right now through my Bose Sound Bar.

Hardly notice the bat sound anymore (but I still hear the change from pre patch).

Once I put the Sony Golds on with the MLB Show Sound App.....cringe inducing. So this is definitely a headphone sensitive issue.

Again...glad they are fixing it as I play with headphones 95% of the time. But until the next update.....playing through the sound bar (except late nights).

It's back to 16. It is not worth the frustration and no sliders or adjustments seem to fix it. I really loved some of the new features but I will give that up to get some realistic pitching logic. When and if the Dev's decide to fix this, I will try again, but I am quickly losing faith as I really believed the latest patch would address it. Now I have my doubts if it will be addressed at all.

I'm having the problem when I do player lock as well. Played against Seattle and Paxton started inning and was replaced in the second. Only gave up 1 earned run.

It seems the frame rate hitch pre-pitch has been lessened, so that's good to see.

Hit variety is much better, IMO.

Ive been playing quick counts and notice the difference but don't see it affecting pitchers. I think the larger number is reflected in what they have actually thrown as my Sis have started tiring around the 90 pitch mark (on the score bug).

I think you quoted the wrong person.

The fact that we're just playing videogames is exactly my point. If everything isn't in my control in a videogame, such that no matter what I do the outcome is predetermined by the game, then scripting is involved.

It is the official stance of just about every major sports game publisher that scripting doesn't exist. So please, don't hold back your rant on my account.

When I play The Show, I feel like every outcome has a logical explanation based on my input during any given scenario. I'm sorry that others don't feel that way.
