Updates worked well... Swear they made it harder as well... Back to saying game is well worth the $12 bucks... Fun and enjoyable. No crashing.

Downloaded on day 1, but just got a chance to play this. Let's start with the basic conclusion - it is fun! Yes, the (intended) losing is something you have to get through (though I did manage to win one game). And, yes, the faceoffs are unreasonably difficult. But, the graphics are great for the theme. Control is good, though not great (a bit of lag makes one-timers impossible for me). The bottom line is the game is more fun for the dollar (for me) than the EA product. And at $11.99? To me, a steal. The developers seem to have been working to squash the bugs, and I must say I did not have a single crash while playing for a couple hours. For future versions (which I hope there will be), I would like to see the ability to hit and slash after the whistle (like in NHL 10) - in this game, that's perfect! Also, the fighting engine could use an overhaul, and tightening up the controls a bit, so one-timers work, would be a definite plus. If you are on the fence, I would recommend a buy!

All they said is it will be released not when. It is fun. Just not a "great" game. Year 2 should be great. It was a surprise it came out so well. Controls are little off is about the worse part.

Game is fun, but the input lag really hurts the gameplay. On PS4.
