Yeah it's a huge issue, Aaron Rogers is trash in this game, I just shut Green Bay out with the Dallas Cowboys, he didnt even attempt to scramble or move in the pocket. For Madden 18 Qb movement in the pocket needs to be addressed big time along with player movement in general which is an eye sore.

Not only QB movement but they need to revamp the intelligence of the CPU like to see the QB trying to win the game instead of behing sack, clock management and so many other things. For me, the gameplay of the game is nearly close as perfect but it's ruined by the lack of intelligence by the CPU.

They've improved the pass blocking and pass rushing but it still needs a lot of work too, it needs to be a lot more dynamic and a lot more animations. My guess is that they will overhaul these at the same time, both the Qb movement/IQ in the pocket, and pass blocking/rushing. Now if they fix these we'll have something special.

Agree.

I decided to just focus on "Public Enemy Number One", for the time being.

I could easily add "gameplans and playcall logic" to the list and...and...etc...

I haven't seen that personally, but will keep an eye out...

What settings are you using?

Mine ramp up the pass rush and the shorter pocket times usually mitigate that sort of thing...

Yeah, there was a couple small adjustments that have had an appreciable overall (positive) effect...

Thanks King. I'm playing with Josh's slider set. Exact settings with the exception of clock. I'm using 12 min quarters with 20 second run off. He uses 9 minute quarters with no accl clock.

Inside Madden - How Blocking Works With Clint Oldenburg!

https://www.twitch.tv/eamaddennfl

Clint and aninmator David Wickum(who Clint called the "catching guru") This was a nice Q & A session about blocking and animating, lots of good information, especially if you're not someone who follows the team members on Twitter. Clint's been talking about a lot of this stuff all year.

There are supposed to be more of these sessions to come.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Does anyone feel when they increased the probability of broken tackles vs the hit stick instead increased it across the board?

I feEl even when using the A/X button to conservative tackle, it doesn't make a difference, theyou with still break it or spin away causing your defender slip up and miss.

Am I the only need experiencing this?

Am I the only one that is finding Pro to play better than AP or AM since the patch? This is in CFM vs the CPU.
