There is actual code in for online play that detects when people are bunting with players they shouldn't, and it makes the penalty on bunt success larger the longer they do it. It was a little hard to understand because they were getting recaps all throughout it, but they're definitely trying to actively combat it with the code itself.

None of this affects offline play.

So unless it's hidden under the square button, they took out the Cardinals road alternate. The one that has the blue hats and belts.

I don't know if it's not in the style guide or if they took it out by mistake, but I'm not happy about that.
