I don't know, I have always felt like the AI doesn't try to score on every drive on All-Pro. Its not just about the boost they get on All-Madden, it seems on All-Pro they aren't aware of down and distance. The AI plays pretty good defense on All-Pro, but I can't get the offense to score any points and that is with just playing a basic tampa 2 or cover 2 defense.

The lack of scoring comes from the qb trying to avoid being sacked at all costs. They do not play to win the game. They play to not get sacked. When it is third and five on the 15 yard line a sack does not hurt you as the field goal would still be there but the AI qb will throw the ball away as soon as it senses preassure as it does no matter the down or distance. What I have sort of figured is that a qb does not want to be sacked more than its sense Preassure trait allows. Oblivious 5, paranoid 4 and on down from there.

HELLS YES!!!

Does the game currently play better than (pretty much) ever, after this latest patch?

YESYESYES.

A little more USER QB inaccuracy and it would be as close to perfect as one could expect from a video game, IMHO...

And qb's should be a threat to take off. Other than that I would say it is the best ever game play wise. That is a big issue for a football game though.

Has anyone been able to find a work around for the frame skipping during practice mode in cfm?

It wasn't initially happening to me after the patch, but today, all of a sudden, it started...

King--have you not seen a drop of in db pass coverage since the patch? As I mentioned a few posts back I see a lot of shadowing and non aggression by CPU controlled db's vs pre patch. Thanks.

It's frustrating because I just started a new CFM and I can't sim them all.

I hope they patch it (and LT's blocking invisible people).

This is perfectly said and I couldn't agree more... King on a side note I took a look at your blog specifically the split Madden set. Has that been updated since this latest patch I would have an interest in trying it thanks.
