Lol the patch fixed that for me but now I have to sit in play now games for 20+ min waiting for update required only to not have it come up so I assume it's safe and proceed to wait 15+ min for MC to load up only to have it appear in the corner as soon as I finally load up into MC.

I've lost so much interest in this game. Everything is so broken lowkey the game is just trash to me. I'll play one game and then not wanna play another for another week. Its just a very frustrating game. Frustrating for all the wrong reasons.

thats an interesting point. I have never in my life watched YouTube gaming tutorials except for this game.

Trying to make sense of the defensive settings adjustments in MyLeague and in game, as well as finding out what was nerfed in park or ProAm creates a whole economy around 2k, however, it would be nice to know what each setting is supposed to do instead of the help box saying 'set your defensive settings for pick and roll' instead of 'soft hedge does X'.

I totally agree that the hostility is very much from being very present on 2k TV, putting faces to Devs, having active social media, but not answering the most direct or frustrating questions.

It shouldn't be up to Devs having to do breakdown videos, or post on OS to answer something that only a few years ago would have been detailed in a manual, and if this is about saving trees, make it an online manual.

There's no excuse IMO.

PS. I'm a dude, I don't read manuals, but knowing one is there is great coz it saves trawling through a god tonne of little kids with useless youtube vids for the most simple question.

I hear ya, just rebuild the knicks for fun, but the gameplay is soooooo flawed its not even funny anymore. Even if you adjust the sliders, the cpu still manages to morph through you, bump you without any foul calls, your up in their grill on every shot they still make it, cpu defenders have a lateral of 1000, will block you easily because they are glued to you if you beat them on the dribble and so on. They have their back turned to the ball and steal your passes with a ballerina spin move in no time.Your teammates come over to help without any call for it and foul your matchup etc...

pro am arena the only mode i really loved to play is dead for us too: Once that end of december patch hit we couldnt find opponents anymore (Elite 3) - deleting and creating a new team cant be the solution and won't be for us because we are holding that #1 spot in europe and wanted to keep pushing.

Park is plagued by cheaters, crashers and cheesers. Dribbling 15 seconds running you into a hof brick wall, much fun.

In short the thrill is gone for me, with the cheating issues on PC this will be my last 2k.

Czar, thanks for coming here and keeping us informed. Do you know if he issue caused by the last patch that broke MyLeague Online will be fixed?

Some things need a bigger solution to than can be offered in a patch. It's not an Orwellian conspiracy fam. Also if the solution is a new system of some sort that way outside the bounds of a patch.

Also again to have a 2k18 gameplay team has to move on at some point. Especially working with big systems like those you mentioned.

Patches are rarely new solutions just adjustments. Full solutions take more dev time. It is really that simple.
