Placebo effect my a s s ... the game plays different again. Shooting% is way off and intangibles like passing and on ball defense is way off from games played the last few months..... congrats 2k just when I thought you couldn't do it,you've regressed again .

Ability to upgrade offensive consistency at all has been removed from the game. I've cycled through 4 practices and it's not there anymore.

But the loading screen still sits there for 4-5 minutes. And MyCareers started giving out errors (or... sitting on the loading screen for 4-5 more minutes) and getting corrupted. And matchmaking in Team ProAM now requires up to a couple of hours for Elite teams. And the sound started randomly going out and then coming back later in Walk On games.

I understand, I think many people here understand that the dev team is frustrated too because you guys put effort in this game and it turned out a giant cluster**** of a product. But we put out money every year for this product, basically gambling on it because we had to learn the hard way that we're not gonna get a finished product on release day. 2K16 had flaws when it came out, still had some after 6 patches, but many of them had been ironed out, the game was not perfect but was SOLID, and the level of complaining was nowhere near what it is now. 2K17 had flaws when it came out and it got worse and worse. This game, the one that made fun of Elite 11 and Jesus Bynum, failed miserably from an user experience standpoint.

So, yeah, people complain. But please don't mix the internet trolls who're gonna whine no matter what with the many people on here who are genuinely disappointed.

That's because your patches break what was fixed in the previous patch. Seriously, why even bother fixing the "hanging on the logo screen" issue if you're just going to break the fix 3 days later?
And why does no other game in the world pop up an "Update Required, please return to the main menu" message 20 minutes into a game? Why doesn't it just give me whatever update I need before the game loads, like every other game in the world?

Yeah, it definitely is. It's sad honestly. It kills 2K a lot of times. I swear that part of the YouTube community didn't seem so deep back in the 2K10-11 days because everyone would have been doing the spin dunk if that was out during these times. A lot of people didn't know how to do it.
