I tried this, purchased a boost, tried going to my court but got the same error. So I came back in, bought another boost and played a game in the my park, then tried to go to mycourt and it did load, however it put me in the old warehouse mycourt which I should have the woodlands mycourt which I got from theirry Henry... Also I noticed I couldn't press A to see my career schedule... And when I press B and go to options, I only see SETTINGS and CONTROLLER SETTINGS... Nothing else... So it's a simplified mycourt... I tried changing settings in there for mycourt customization, and other settings to no avail. I'm currently trying to load in to my small forward and maybe change my appearance and see if that makes a difference...

This is absolutely ridiculous that I can't even get a response from 2k support... It seems all the money I spent means nothing to them... I'm thinking of making the switch to live like my friends have all done... This is way too frustrating...

Oh wow!!! I solved the issue!!!!!!


I basically had to do the attribute boost stuff TWICE!!!!

The second time I joined my friend in a sunset park, bought an attribute boost for just my 3 pt and for dunks/layup AND I bought 1x boost for ALL attributes... Then when I finished playing one game after I bought those boosts, I pressed the BACK or SELECT button, then the right trigger to see my friends list in 2k, and clicked on "Return to MYCOURT" and BOOM I was in the woodlands court that I had!!!! I can start mycareer now, I exited to the main menu and loaded back in to mycourt to confirm the issue is resolved... So buying the attribute boost, and playing a game in my park, allowed me to load in to my court... But I had to do it twice....

Join a friend in a mypark from the main menu
Buy attribute boost
Play a mypark game
Exit to mycourt through the friends list and click "Return to MyCourt"
Loaded in to a simplified mycourt with no options to go to mycareer or change appearance...

Exit to main menu
Join a friend in a mypark
Buy attribute boost
Play a mypark game
Exit to mycourt (Return to MyCourt)
And loaded in to my woodlands mycourt with mycareer options!!!
Exited to main menu and loaded back in to mycareer (or mycourt) to confirm issue is resolved!!!!!!!



Hope this helps others... This is a ridiculous issue to have to deal with in the first place!!!!

Hate to say it, but this is just incorrect. You have an option in the matchmaking menu to choose to match up with all tiers, yet when we choose it it does NOT work and only searches your same tier.

The option literally does nothing, and this is what we are all complaining about.

Anyone still taking 1min and 20 seconds to load into mycareer practice on XB1?

I'm only complaining because on ps4 it take 30 seconds. It's annoying the heck out of me.

How many PNO games have you played ? How many PNO searches have you done ??



When you choose default, it only selects teams in your tier, not a random team. I can't put it more bluntly.

Easy fix for next year, just have the option to search for opponent by tiers. No matter what team I use I can select a tier that I feel like playing that night. Easy, done. BUT IT HAS TO WORK !

So if I use Toronto, and get stuck in tier 1 with the warriors I can search for a game in tier 2, 3 etc.

Or if I use Philly and want to rank up, I can search directly in tier 1 and try to play for extra wins.

The original complaint I was responding to did not mention that. So my response was mean to cover the general issue folks were having and explain how the design works against what you actually probably are wanting to have happen.

You guys are thinking that option is supposed to do something other than what it actually does.

It doesn't mean it excludes your current tier it just means you CAN match with any tier but to other users who are searching for games YOU are still in their tier. So you still are likely to match with someone in your tier it just means more people are eligible outside of your tier to possible match with you.

This all depends on the pool of available players.
