We didn't have any info one way or the other from that time frame, so, I would conclude yes on that.

I'm sure they were well into other fixes for the patch that just came out today. We always hear about timing, resources and priority on their end and I wouldn't expect that equation to change.

So I would need to delete madden data from hard drive and turn off auto download for patch to get a good game back? So I would lose my play books then wouldn't I?

I too am a bit confused on what a user QB scramble issue could be though? I feel like I'm missing whatever that was.

Exactly. At this rate the whole Football season will be over before this game becomes playable again which is inexcusable. Pretty much the games been unplayable throughout the whole football season so far because of this. Shocking and disappointing that it's taking EA so long to even investigate it, never mind fix it.

I'd have to look for the tweet, but I remember seeing people send videos of their user QBs going into a kind of side-step animation when trying to scramble. Might be that.

I've personally had no issues scrambling on my own, so I'm not positive since I haven't had a reason to look into it too much.

No your playbooks, cfm, sliders,rosters if saved before you delete and run offline will be there. Your only deleting the physical game not the saved data. Your profile will still be there as well.

Highlight the game and delete it , reinstall without letting the updates install. You will be fine, it doesnt touch your saved data, unless its an online franchise.
