It seems amazing. I'm waiting for mod support or a sale (whichever comes first). I'm hopeful for real teams, real tracks, and other series (WTCC, DTM, NASCAR, etc).

I am hoping they do none of that. I love this game just they way it is. Though I would love some more tracks or maybe a track editor.

Care to share any details on the seasons passed? What series did you start in and team? I'm currently still in the first season nearly wrapped up of the Euro series with Octane Racing.

Sure. I am work right now. I can write up something tonight or tomorrow.

I will say now, that I started with Predator Racing all the way at the bottom. Really have to work this game to build a team up from absolutely nothing. I still have not won a race and have only stood on the podium once or twice, mostly thru blind luck. Going into the next season, I really hope to start making an impact.

Not sure how much longer I can resist!

I have a personal development presentation I have to do for work...once I get that done I think it's time to treat myself...even if I don't get the promotion

Re: Motorsport Manager Coming to PC, Mac & Linux in September

I've had two race wins so far one for each driver, the second of which was actually a 1-2 finish which was nice. The 1-2 was helped by a perfectly time safety car allowed me to benefit the most with an essentially free pit-stop. The one Italian Octane driver is getting old and I look forward to replacing him and his mechanic with a possible pay driver and save some money, just need to wrap up the last couple races of the first season.

I think this review is on the low side and a little misleading. I don't find the racing repetitive in the least bit, sure the core mechanics of the racing itself are always the the same but the outcomes are always different. In dozens of races so far Ive finished anywhere from 1st to 20th,sometimes crashing,or having a mechanical failure,to running out of fuel. Ive found the racing itself to be very unpredictable and very strategic and just plain fun.

For a first gen PC sports sim title, its done very well. And once steam workshop becomes available real world mods will be available to make the game even better.
