Last year generated Rookies for example had Dish to open man rating really low, which affected assist. Is this something we can edit for the draft class this year?

How are generated rookies overall this year ?

For an offline customized league, would I be able to add in all 10 created expansion teams into my league? 36 teams in league plus 4 other teams replaced by the expansion teams. EX; Replacing Cleveland Cavaliers with Cincinnati Lions? Or in order to use all 10 teams would I have to create two different custom leagues, 5 in one, 5 in another or 6 in one, 4 in another etc.?
