No, we all have that roster. That list is posted for checking how current the roster coming out today is. According to Rotoworld all that's happened today was a 4 game suspension for Seantrell Henderson and contractual stuff. The latest player change was the Titans claiming Josh Kline off the waiver wire yesterday. As of right now that would be my place to start working backward from until I get to what EA has already included.

I do believe the criticism is a little overboard for the roster update not being out yet. Definitely a lot of overreaction from the posts I'm seeing. However, go over to the Roster Forum and you will see Madden Players all over these boards churning out rosters at a much faster pace then the EA Ratings guy, without being paid by Electronic Arts to do so. These include adjusted positions, ratings, classic rosters, etc. Now the counter argument to that would be the lack of accuracy to these fan rosters. However, the official roster update will have its own inaccuracies. That's not an opinion, it's a fact. The ratings guru has already admitted the update that is dropping today will have some missing players. There will also be plenty of players at incorrect positions, numbers, and especially contracts. This isn't even accounting for the guys who deserve rating boosts or downgrades who are missed, but since that is mostly subjective I won't ding the dev team for that.

With all that being said I think Madden gamers absolutely have a right to complain about the delay in roster updates. I could be wrong, but it seems like something that is a lot easier to do then a patch, tuning update, or a commentary update. We have had plenty of those updates, but we are still rolling with outdated rosters?

Brings back memory of playing tecmo on the nes/snes and madden on snes with no updates.

My least favorite buzzword is entitlement. I hate when that card gets played on OS. In every business, of all shapes and sizes, the customers will have varying degrees of expectations.

Not saying I endorse the criticism over the roster (I don't agree, at all), but I feel there is nothing wrong with having a voice either way. I feel like it is all too common these days to just blast people who feel differently than you do rather than just give them credit for having an opinion and leaving it at that.

Seems like some people expected it would be out this morning, and right or wrong, that isn't the case. They probably shouldn't have expected that, but it happens.

Tolerance, my friends. Can never have too much tolerance.
