Trying to stay skeptical.. Because I didn't like 15' or 16' all that much.. I personally hate my player lala land stuff.. But I must say..

My biggest issues with 2K for a while now have been USER CONTROL, SIGNATURE PLAY, ONLINE H2H, and ATMOSPHERE.

Looks like they've tried to nail two of those, and have hinted at player likeness a bit ago too.. wasn't expecting to read user controlled dribbling, removing canned animations as much as possible, aiming and timing required on shots and LAYUPS.. Not just better crowd, but authenticity and commentary improvements? Rebounding physicality too.. If personal matchups control means LOBBIES or of that nature I'm just shocked everything I want is here or back

I actually feel this is a bit too good to be true for me because I had no reason to believe they were noticing these things. These things cater strongly to me. Surprised with this. I said it before, this lay low approach is usually when the best editions happen.. Not when they're all hype hype look at those free throw routines!!! Mouthguards!!

Exactly. The PC had some glitches initially but once those were ironed out, it was the better version IMO considering patches.
