While I like 2k, this is the result of no real competition. As hard as they work, the absence of competition can no doubt lead them to take things for granted. So, I don't like this trend. Time for some competition in this space.

Sucks but I understand, 2k doesn't start their hype train until mid July.
The biggest gaming convention is still ahead of us tho

The season ended 4 days ago. I really wouldn't have much interest in anything they have to show this early. And if they do release early-build gameplay footage, then you end up with people dogging it out and saying how "it looks like 2k 16.5", etc.

The problem is the news they do release is crap I don't care about. I want nitty-gritty details about better online support and changes in mechanics. Which I guess is stuff that got released late in the summer.

I expect to see better support for Pro-AM especially if they're going to continue with this esport route.

Considering how good 2K16 was (MyCareer railroading and player-lock rebounding notwithstanding), I would be totally fine with this.

the only thing missing from the game are FIBA international teams...it would be MUCH more popular than the euroleague teams. to be honest, haven't even played with any of those teams as of yet. it boggles my mind why 2K hasn't added those teams. a full-on FIBA mode would be awesome. and if they included classic FIBA teams, that would be amazing.

2K always skips E3.
