This is what im hoping for is that when the full game drops all these new animations flow together and don't look so clunky like previous maddens. I just wish players planted there feet a lil more when doing the fancy stuff.

Run blocking has been pretty good though, and you can see some of that in the short clip.

Low player level or not, not sure why #58 just stops and runs away from the play due to the spin move occurring. He reads it well, then just changes his mind once the spin move starts.

Not a football x & o expert, so not sure if he is reacting to another eligible receiver entering his zone and trying to go back and cover that responsibility? Doesn't seem like it, but maybe I am missing it.

Since he read the play well, he should continue the pursuit. If on rookie or if lower rated, maybe he gets frozen and is slow to react to the move as he gets closer.
I noticed this too, very encouraging, I am hoping they do the same for pass blocking too, and hopefully it's consistent and not an every now and then thing.

A little bit of deceleration but mainly a move for the open field type of thing.

Another thing I was just thinking about while watching a Charles juke in the snow is that it'd be cool if in weather games every player dropped a tier in their moves like they stated they would when players were tired. I think that would add a lot to weather games where basically nobody has the ability to hit Elite moves. Maybe once we get better whether as well, the more severe the weather, players drop two tiers in moves and such.
Really nice idea about the weather and tier system. I also miss how you could do certain moves in the past. At least they brought the smooth double juke back.

So the runner shuffles his feet while button is being held then performs the move upon release with the defender knowing a move is about to be put on him but not being sure what the move would be. This could lead to a more realistic animation sequence.
That spin was nice though.
That is a good idea, it may also cut down on the ice skating feeling we have when we run the ball. Being able to kind of chop our feet when trying to slow down would also create better moves in the open field. The little stutter step could also have a modifier.
