I'll be different and say that the up-and-in cutters and 2seamers running in on the hands are tough.

Backdoor slider is a mother in this game.

Yes. Sliders in general seem to have more of a sudden break to them. So they're giving me much trouble.

Good topic.

Can't believe I'm the first to mention this: high fastballs with two strikes. Obviously if I can pick up that it's a fastball they're no problem, but so many of them are placed such that if there's ANY break on them it's gonna be a strike, so I end of swinging at so many of them because it might be a curve or slider.

It's the only way I can hit consistently in this game.

I use a view based on Pitcher Center.

I find I either have a hard time with the depth perception from the catcher views or the ball travels slowly that my timing is off and I'm early on everything, even 98 MPH fastballs.

Last couple years, max pitch speed helped with that - this year it just seems slower even with max pitch speed sliders.

I started using it in MLB15 and actually had to turn pitch speed down (I never turn it down) when I got the view I have now because stuff was just getting on me too fast.

This year, I still have to max it and it looks a lot like last year on 5. I don't know, maybe I'm weird.
