Hey guys, it’s Robby from Two Brothers Gaming again here with some more NBA 2K16 My Team Throwback Thursday card reviews! Every week in NBA 2K16’s My Team mode, there are Throwback Thursday cards released with specific players’ highlight seasons. Each week here on Operation Sports, I’ll be highlighting these players and showing you stats, badges, individual attributes, and everything related to each player. I snatched up a cheap TBT Chris Bosh today for 60K at the auction house. I spent some additional MT on him though to max him out to a full 15 Gold Badges. I added Offensive Crasher, Brick Wall, Corner Specialist, Hustle Points and Fade Ace to him and now he's a real pick and pop threat on offense. Most Centers can't guard people on the perimeter which makes this particular Bosh card a deadly midrange weapon to have. His standing midrange rating is exactly the same as the current Gold Chris Bosh but his speed, boxout and rebounding ratings are much better. I must say though, if you're going to have dreadlock Chris Bosh on the card, people will expect dreadlocks on the guy. I was very disappointed to not see this Bosh not have dreadlocks. Apart from that one tiny detail, this card is beyond solid. Great way to round up your small ball squad. He completes my small ball lineup of Russell Westbrook, T-Mac, Kevin Durant, Larry Bird and Chris Bosh. I highly recommend this card for all Chris Bosh fans. When fully badged up, this card can abuse certain centers that can't guard the perimeter well.

I'm hoping that Chris Bosh follows the same path as last year where he got to a really low price because he wasn't used. Last year he was my starting PF, and was scoring twenty to thirty a game.

This is easily the definitive Chris Bosh card to have. Plays good post defense, rebounds and knocks down open shots. I was surprised to learn he was an Amethyst card since the banner that week showed a gold version of the card. When badges up, he's a deadly pick and pop players. Wish his standing 3 point rating was higher. I suppose shoes can boost those up to 89 with no problems though but still, without them, he can knock down an occasional open 3. Mid range shots are more money for him though. Definitely a good value.

For collectors this is a bonus. Cheap and useless players to help get the card count up. Why didn't they release an amethyst player at least?! Why do we have to wait weeks to get cards that should of came out on release day? How many people are really going to use that Amare card? I've finished all the challenges and domination along with RTTP on several occasion. Where is the amethyst Amare? I haven't played 2k for a while and I feel like I haven't missed anything. Same old useless card releases, and occasional gems here and there. The release schedule for this year was terrible. I'm still frustrated they waited so long to release some cards they should of released a long time ago. Diamond Kareem will be available soon but why did we have to wait this long? They have made no upgrades to anything except these weak challenges released every week. Gauntlet is stale, RTTP is stale, Domination been stale since its inception, and these challenges given to us were not rewarding. The payouts were small and the online challenges were executed poorly. RTTF is tedious and the reward players given were not impressive. MyTeam needs a revamp!

I'm hoping we can get a Magic tomorrow. We've had everyone else it seems but Magic.

Also looking for the Shawn Kemp Sonics version.

Any player that is already in the game from the release should already have their cards in the game by this point. I understand the 99 OVR MJ being a reward, but it should be another dominant version of MJ other than MVP MJ.
