They don't take it seriously, it's useless if they aren't adding in jersey's that are worn weekly but keeping in jersey's that are from 1934. We all want to see what's being worn on tv in the game. It truly takes away from the game no matter how great it is.

I really wish they would take the Red Sox 'Hanging Socks' alternate caps out of the style guide already. They haven't worn those caps since April 22nd, 2011 (and yes, I had to look up that date haha)

But digging up that date just shows how out of date some of these team's style guides are!

Does anyone know why the Cubs gray alternate is no longer in the game? Are they not wearing it this year? I'm referring to the gray jersey that says "CUBS" across the chest.

I absolutely agree, I am an old guy and I love the throwback uniforms. It's a part of baseball history that I hope we never lose.
