I was thinking how was cd going to play out event next week. As WM is 2 weekends away. So we get a 2 event week to pro cena drop WM tier by end of week and maybe that flash pcc on the 27 will be first WM event card. Here's cena in case it hasn't been posted

By what it sounds like, for the flash PCC if you rank high enough is how your gonna get the dupe... The way it's worded is why I think that...

It's A PCC , HHH vs Roman, if you rank high enough you can get the event card plus cena I you haven't gotten the dupe from RTG

RD for the 1st Cena, RTG for the 2nd, and the pcc says you can dupe if you rank high enough...

I think you get dupes rewards for the flash pcc if you rank high enough. Like s1 format or the nhl reward structure
