So does everyone use their title matches when they get them for plus tens or save them til they hit the plus one wall and it turns to plus twos? I thought I saw in here someone said the latter but to me the plus tens make more sense.

I thought about it since I already have Sheamus silver starred and a few others I could do the same with...but then I realized next pcc will likely be WM and having all those would be useless haha.

Use them to +10. Gets you through the boring tiers quicker and once you hit your wall it's slow going regardless of whether it's +1 or +2.
